How do I delete my account?

We are sorry to see you go! If you no longer wish to save money and be a part of our fight against food waste, your account can be deleted in the Settings tab in the menu.

We are working round the clock to answer all enquiries as fast as possible and we will respond via email to the address connected to your account. Please be on the lookout for our mail and also check your spam filter just in case our mail is sitting pretty there.

How do I contact support?

We are open 24/7 and ready to attend to all issues you may have. Click the menu and go to support, send us a message and we are ready to answer all your questions.

Can I pick up my order at any time of my choosing?

Every item ordered on Grabhub app has to be picked up within the time frame specified by the stores in the app. Also, please check the store's hours of operation. If you arrived during this time frame and the store was closed, please contact us.

How can I cancel my order?

We are sorry to hear you want your order canceled.

But at this time, we don’t cancel orders because most of the items won’t be put back on the app for sale. When orders are not picked up, the Items are removed and end up going to waste, and that is what we are trying to avoid. We also know that things happen and we make a refund happen if this is happening for the first time.

Can I pay at the store?

No, all purchases need to be made through the app. This makes the process smooth, easier and the pickup quicker.

How do I add payment card?

While making a purchase in the app, you can save your payment card. The card saved can be used for your subsequent purchases.

Can I have someone to pick my order?

To pick up your order, you need to log in into your account and show the staff in the store your confirmation before you pick up your order. Also, some stores may require some form of identification before pick up. Therefore, this may not be possible for someone else to pick your order.

I can’t find a store in my location!

We are genuinely sorry to hear that, we're working on it! We want to fight food waste so please check back at a later time. We would appreciate it if you recommend Grabhub to stores in your neighborhood and encourage them to join us!
